Eligibility
Place of Grace is an affordable apartment community designed for independent seniors aged 55 and older. To qualify for residency, applicants must meet both age and income requirements based on federal housing guidelines.
Age Requirement
At least one household member must be 55 years of age or older. All residents must be capable of independent living, and additional age restrictions may apply based on the unit or household makeup.
Income Eligibility
Place of Grace participates in a federal affordable housing program. To qualify, your total household income must be below the limits set by HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) for your household size.
Household Size
Includes everyone who will live in the home, regardless of age or employment status.
Household Income
Includes all sources of income from all household members, including (but not limited to):

Maximum Allowable Household Income
Income limits are based on HUDs 60% Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines and may change annually. Below are sample limits:
